As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an impact in our community, we are connecting with you directly to share more about the steps we have taken to help keep our customers and staff safe and healthy, which has always been and will continue to be a top priority.
We are taking extra precautions and stepping up all of our cleaning efforts to sanitize our restrooms and guest lounge during the hours we are open. We have increased the frequency of this daily cleaning. We have also ensured our team has the information they need to stay healthy and have mandated them to stay home if they are not feeling well.
These practices are informed by guidance from the CDC and Placer County Public Health. Based on the guidance we have received from these organizations, our own preparedness, and the current state of our business, our service and repair operations currently remain open and our team stands ready to serve you.
Expect to see a few changes in the service area. Guests are asked to remain in their vehicles for service by the service advisor. Seat and mat covers are used in every vehicle and all porters and technicians are wearing gloves and masks as needed for your and their protection. Pick-up and delivery and night drop-off service are still available.
